Responsibilities:

Engage with potential customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.

Provide detailed product information, including features, benefits, and pricing.

Conduct test drives to showcase the vehicles' performance and features.

Negotiate and finalize sales agreements in a professional and ethical manner.

Achieve monthly sales targets to contribute to the dealership's success.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Passion for cars and the automotive industry.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
