• Earn up to $10,000+ in any given month
• Average income of $5,000 per month from average performances/results
• Commission Sales from 80% of the opportunities COMING TO YOU and only 20% Prospecting
• High Ticket Retail Sales
• Gross written sales volume ranges from $35,000 - $100,000 of product in a month per Salesperson

• Someone who has made major purchases in their life, other than a car, and has no problems asking someone else for a sale that could exceed $10,000

Our Interior Design Consultants strengths include:

• Ability to use social media to promote his/herself and the company.

As a Design Consultant, you:

• Use our guests words and visions to create completed works of art.
• Are challenged with using your creativity while serving the guest's needs and desires.
• Transform blank pallets into beautiful creations.
• Own the design process- from establishing customer relationships to the final sale.
• Get the benefit of surrounding yourself with gorgeous home furnishings everyday you come to work.

Position Requirements:

• Though this is primarily a storefront retail business, you must be willing to conduct in-home design services with a minimum of 1 guest per week.
• Valid drivers license with a good driving record and ability to provide own transportation to and from customers homes
• This role requires availability to work every weekend, you must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A degree (Associates or Bachelor's) in Interior Design or an existing portfolio demonstrating related experiences are a plus.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
