Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets, fostering a positive and supportive sales culture.
• Engage with customers in a consultative manner, understanding their needs and providing personalized guidance throughout the sales process.
• Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies.
• Computes and quotes sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance, and discount.
• Completes paperwork accompanying vehicle sales, including but not limited to, preparing sales slip or sales contract.
• Arranges for delivery and registration of vehicle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Follows safeguards, rules, and regulations.
• Generate sales leads using video marketing and social media posts.

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years previous experience in retail automotive.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and build lasting relationships
• Intermediate computer skills
• An inclusive attitude that embraces diversity and values the contributions of all team members.
• Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test
• Valid driver's license with good driving record
• Must be authorized to work in the USA
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
