Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Counter Sales Representative to join our team. As a Counter Sales Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases and providing exceptional service. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a passion for culinary and food service.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting products
- Provide product information, recommendations, and suggestions to customers
- Operate the POS system to process sales transactions accurately
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer
- Assist with food preparation and packaging as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a retail or food service environment is preferred
- Knowledge of retail math and basic math skills
- Familiarity with touch screen POS system is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 40 per week
