Position Overview:

We seek a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Account Representative. In this role, you will be the face of Firevista Solutions, working closely with clients to understand their communication needs and offering tailored solutions from our extensive AT&T products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their unique requirements and providing exceptional service.
• Stay informed about the latest AT&T products, services, and promotions to communicate and upsell to clients effectively.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by proactively identifying opportunities, presenting solutions, and closing deals.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination in delivering solutions and resolving customer issues.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $600.00 - $1,000.00 per week
