Queen Bee Realty is seeking seasoned optimistic real estate professionals. We are a close-knit group of professionals, and we offer prequalified leads and set up appointments for agents that are known to close! We also offer a unique training program for new agents and old dogs too! Our training is set up to be in person. Activity oriented with unique ideas that everyone can learn from! We are excited to build our team and look forward to meeting you.

Responsibilities:

• List and sell residential or commercial real estate.
• Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.
• Host open houses and other events.
• Prepare market analysis to help determine property value.
• Educate clients on basic real estate procedures.
• Verify and disclose property facts to clients.
• Show homes that are displayed on MLS.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields
• Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attitude is everything, seeking agents that made it through 2023 with a smile!
• Real Estate License.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,718.34 - $200,230.69 per year
