Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and has a passion for sales. Duties: - Identify and target potential clients in the designated market - Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs and preferences - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets - Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients - Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients - Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers - Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas of improvement - Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors Skills: - Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in technology sales or related field - Strong negotiation and closing skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs - Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently - Valid driver's license and willingness to travel We offer competitive compensation, including base salary plus commission, as well as benefits such as healthcare coverage, retirement plans, and paid time off. Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
