As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and scouting neighborhoods. Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify qualified subdivisions
- Knock on doors to introduce JMJ Paintings services to homeowners.
- Point out paint failures and recommend solutions
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in using CRM software to track leads and manage customer interactions
- Experience in sales is desirable
