Job Description: As a Territory Manager, you will drive business growth by developing new business opportunities, managing inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction through unmatched industry service. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of our equipment rental branch.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as an expert and advocate for our brand
• Develop and implement strategies to attain new clients and grow revenue.
• Build long-lasting relationships with our customers
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Monitor market trends and competition to identify business opportunities.
• Manage all aspects of the branch, including staff supervision, inventory control, and customer service.
• Maintain and update equipment inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Train and motivate branch staff to provide exceptional customer service.
• Work collaboratively with other branches during peak periods.

Requirements:

• At least three years of proven outside sales experience.
• Experience in equipment rental management preferred.
• Valid drivers license.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of industrial equipment industry trends and best practices.
• Ability to analyze operational KPIs to make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with safety regulations related to equipment and delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field preferred.
