Established Insurance Agency seeking professional for a full-time position which offers long term employment & growth potential. Insurance experience a plus but candidates will be trained to service insurance clients. Our agency focuses on building relationships and a positive customer experience. This is a fast passed office taking care of many loyal insurance clients. We write and service insurance coverages for Home, Auto and Commercial accounts.

* the candidate will obtain their insurance license to be able to discuss coverages with clients

Duties:

- Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the main point of contact
- Conduct market research and analyze insurance policies to provide clients with the best coverage options
- Communicate with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention
- Provide support during the claims process and assist clients in resolving any issues or concerns
- Stay up to date on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in benefits administration, market analysis, or insurance sales is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and insurance carriers
- Ability to analyze complex information and make informed decisions
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Manage clients and their insurance needs
- Proficient in using computer software for data analysis and client management
