We are seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our team in Blacksburg, VA. Our ideal new team member will have a friendly, upbeat attitude and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. We are searching for a dependable team player to collaborate on group projects, but also be capable of meeting individual deadlines using follow-up skills. The position is responsible for engaging in resident communications both in-person and via digital platforms, presenting professionally the features and benefits of their assigned property, properly securing lease agreements from qualified persons, and be responsible for coordinating the community's marketing via social media. We aim to create a welcoming environment for all of our visitors and are searching for someone with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude to provide a great addition to our team!

Our ideal candidate will have prior residential leasing experience , closing skills in a residential environment, social media experience, able to type 50 WPM, and be organized.

40 hours a week with some Saturdays required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
