Through our amazing growth and expansion, NY State Solar is looking for someone to join our Leadership Team as a Sales Field Manager in our Queens Office. This person must be an experienced Door to Door Sales Leader and have a strong personality. They must be passionate about leading their field sales team, bringing out the best in people and supporting their organization as it continues to flourish and prosper!!
Lets be clear - This is a Field Sales Leadership position! We are hiring Sales Managers that are willing to transport the Outreach Sales team to and from the field. Work in the field by coaching their teams in a leadership and support role.
As a Sale Field Manager you will lead a team of highly skilled field agents getting paid to set appointments for our team of experts qualifying homes and sharing information with home owners about our amazing solar program. The only thing we are selling is TIME.
You will be provided with everything you need to be successful including a beautiful existing sales office, Mercedes Van for the team. A strong support system and company culture that is unmatched in the industry.
There will be Door to Door Sales required during and after the training period for this position.
Day to Day of a Field Sales Manager:
- Follow our proven sales system in the field to teach it to others
- Lead your team with a positive frame of mind, and strong work ethic
- Track your agents' activity and ensure they are working their territory to the max
- Be able to identify coaching opportunities and act on them
- Be driven by data and always looking for ways to level up the team
- Lead sales meetings and training sessions
- Practice excellent time management to make sure your team gets the opportunity to have the biggest impact and commission checks possible
Whats Required of a Field Sales Manager
- Proven experience in sales excellence - Door to Door Required
- Sales management experience and ready to step into leadership and commit to it
- Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday 12pm - 8pm
- Rock solid ethics
- Self starter with excellent time management
- Commitment to personal growth and ongoing education
- Work as a team and HAVE FUN!

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
