Lubbers Chevrolet is seeking professional Sales Consultants for our store in Cheney, KS. - Follow up with customer to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Collaborate with sales team to meet sales targets and goals
- Stay updated on current market trends and competitor offerings
- Utilize CRM to generate leads and expand customer base
- Maintain and organized inventory control system
Skills:
- Strong sales skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, as it allows for effective communication with diverse customer base
- Ability to effectively negotiate and close sales deals
- Knowledge of sales support tools and techniques
- Familiarity with sales management principles
- Proficient in basic math calculations for pricing and financing options
- Ability to effectively market and promote vehicles
