Commercial Account Sales Representative
Job description
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
B2B sales to customers in the commercial property space who utilize restoration services to support their facilities
Maintain, establish and grow relationships with plumbers, property managers, insurance agencies and agents
Cold calling prospective business by emails, phone calls and in person introductions
Schedule in person meetings with prospective commercial business accounts Maintain and grow current commercial business relationships
Submit and maintain a log of weekly activities and meetings scheduled
Plans, develops and establishes sales policies, principles and procedures
Investigates market conditions and facilitates to determine time, place and type of sale
Coordination, attendance and promotion of all company events relating to marketing
Attend Seminars when required
Lunch and Learn Seminars for Insurance Professionals
Establish and maintain a list of property and facility managers within commercial buildings/facilities
Track all sales data in our main operating system
Generate a weekly lead count, job count
Generate a weekly individual sale on estimates AND commercial sales
Generate monthly sales data for individuals, departments, and divisions
Creation of a daily loss report and lead report
Attend Trade Shows
Coordinate meetings, lunches and presentations to educate employees on company/industry news
Coordinate and participate in industry tradeshows, client events, industry/marketing events, charity events and other community-based projects
Conduct market research and assist with lead generation
Participate in staff meetings
Attend company trainings and conferences Competency Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

High School Diploma or GED required
Two plus years experience in an outside sales (B2B) role
One plus years experience in a Customer Service role Preferred Education and Experience
Associate Degree or bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
Experience in the Restoration, Construction, or Insurance is not essential but very positive
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
