```Job Overview``` We are seeking a talented and experienced Landscape Designer to join our team. As a Landscape Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and visually appealing landscape designs for residential and commercial projects. You will collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to bring their visions to life. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity and contribute to the beautification of outdoor spaces. ```Duties``` - Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences - Create detailed landscape designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software - Select appropriate plants, trees, and materials for each project - Prepare cost estimates and budgets for proposed designs - Coordinate with contractors and oversee the implementation of landscape projects - Ensure compliance with local regulations and building codes - Provide ongoing maintenance recommendations for completed projects ```Qualifications``` - Proven experience as a Landscape Designer or similar role - Proficient in CAD software and other design tools - Strong knowledge of plant species, horticulture, and landscaping techniques - Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Experience in negotiating contracts and managing budgets - Familiarity with construction estimating and cost control principles - Strong communication and interpersonal skills If you are a creative individual with a passion for transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful landscapes, we would love to hear from you. Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
