Summary: Royal Shell Real Estate is seeking a positive-minded, solution-oriented, and dependable Rental Office Manager for an extremely busy Rental division to help lead our growth, provide support and leadership to the rental department.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Support/management and leadership of the rental office staff including time clock and time off review and approval.
• Assist staff and agents with owner/tenant issues as needed.
• Distribute leads and update the CRM accordingly.
• Oversee rent collection and ensure accounts are in good standing which may also include posting of rents in reservation management system and any notices required.
• Process and approve annual rental applications and coordinate move-in efforts.
• Process co-brokes/finders fee disbursements.
• Track and follow up on check requests.
• Enter and maintain rental listings in the MLS.
• Assist with answering and directing calls to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
• Stays current with industry trends by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Knowledge of staff procedures for coverage when staff members are out of the office.
• Front desk coverage at the Bonita Springs office as needed.
• Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• All other duties as assigned.
• Regular and reliable attendance and your physical presence at the work site.

Computer Skills:

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• AppFiles experience desired
• Streamline experience desired
• MLS experience required

Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelors degree preferred
• Must have Rental and Real Estate experience
• Valid FL Real Estate license.

Certificates and Licenses:

• Valid driver's license
• Valid Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License
