This position supports the sales department by responding to incoming lead phone calls, e-mail inquiries and walk-in clients. You will use your communication skills to engage with potential clients and acquire the appropriate information to begin the sales process.

Lead Intake Responsibilities:
- Respond to and manage incoming leads from a variety of sources including phone calls, company website and walk-ins.
- Acquire the proper information and engage with potential clients
- Qualify lead prospects through an initial conversation
- Enter information and manage database of projects
- Schedule client appointments and follow-up with all parties to confirm
- Mail out marketing materials for sales team after scheduling
- Create folders for salespeople as necessary
- Direct client calls to appropriate personnel
- Follow up with past prospects and schedule initial consultations or bring closure
Sales Department Support Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to sales team including but not limited to maintaining calendars, coordinating schedules, and preparation of various correspondence
- Assist in preparation for routine sales and executive meetings and events, creating agendas as needed
- Manage home show and street fair preparations and break functions
- Participate in Sandler Sales training when appropriate
- Organizing marketing materials and documents, including similar size and scope folders
Hours per week
- 40 hours per week, with flexibility.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required, continued education a plus
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must be able to prioritize conflicting needs, handle matters expediently, and maintain deadlines
- Must possess a willingness to undertake additional responsibilities and develop new skills as the company grows
- Experience in sales or client services
- Database management a plus
