Job Title: Director of Sales/Operations
Department: Sales
Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Summary:
The Director of Sales/Operations is responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals. The position will be responsible for hiring, training, and developing the sales team, as well as setting and tracking sales goals. The Director of Sales/Operations will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's overall business goals.
- Hire, train, and develop a team of inside and outside sales representatives
- Set and track sales goals and quotas for the team.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to sales representatives.
- Represent the company at trade shows and other industry events.
- Manage the sales pipeline and track sales progress against goals.
- Provide coaching and support to sales representatives to help them achieve their goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers.
- Identify and close new sales opportunities.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales training programs.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Report on sales performance to management
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a sales management role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire team
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in the technology industry.
- MBA or other advanced degree in business administration.
- Experience in a technical sales role.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
