We are seeking Sales Development Representatives in the NYC, NJ areas to further our success within the growing PropTech space. This is a Full-Time, in office position. This role is designed to prepare you for working in a team environment while gaining experience in various aspects of SaaS Sales. This person will work closely with senior sales staff, receive hands-on training and mentoring to sharpen prospecting & communication skills, learn our industry to conduct market research, and identify qualified leads. Ideal candidates for this role are confident, ambitious self-starters seeking to showcase their potential and who want to add value to the company. This sales position is the starting point for a promising career in sales for Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) technologies.

Position: In office only

Full Time - Base Salary from $50,000-$65,000 per year + Commission Paid Quarterly.

Responsibilities:

Learning B2B prospecting methodologies and connecting with prospects to build a qualified pipeline for our Business Development team.

Identify decision makers and current technologies utilized by Property Management Companies.

Generate interest through networking, outbound email, phone, and social media campaigns and attending tech conferences.

Supporting the Business Development team in ongoing activities including scheduling demos, meetings, and targeted segment support.

Conduct qualifying calls and speak knowledgeably with decision makers such as C-Suite, VPs, and Directors.

In due time, conduct your own demos for outbound/inbound and closing on new accounts.

Contribute to overall team success - work hard, play hard, create your own success and have fun!

About You:

Prior work experience in an office professional environment is preferred. Any outbound sales experience is a plus!!

Highly organized and efficient with attention to detail and a drive to succeed.

A People person with sales ability that shows exceptional effort. Self-motivation coupled with customer speaking skills is a winning combination.

Working as an individual while being a great contributor to team culture and camaraderie

Exceptional oral and written communication skills with a willingness to be coached.

Ability to step out of your comfort zone to overcome obstacles and achieve results.

Tech savvy and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google apps.

Extra Awesome if you have:

  • Prior sales experience.
  • Experience with Real Estate Software such as Yardi, Realpage, Appfolio, RentManager.
  • Experience using systems similar to Salesforce, PipeDrive, Outreach, Zoominfo.
