P&C Licensed Insurance Customer Service Agent

Responsibilities include:

• Provide direct assistance to owner of agency for commercial accounts
• Work independently with minimal supervision

Diligent when interacting with clients in processing coverage modifications in a timely manner to ensure satisfaction and prevent E&O exposure

Prepare quotes, round out accounts and underwrite policies

Meet production and activity standards

Required to attend company meetings

Required to maintain CE credits

Qualifications:

Must currently hold an active P&C Insurance License and have experience

Mature individual with a Professional demeanor and understands follow through. Excellent communication skills

Must be a Team Player

Job Type: Full-time

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday

• In-person

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kutztown, PA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification:

• Insurance Producer License (Required)
• Life Insurance License (Preferred)
