Our client, an industry leader in the home remodeling business, are looking for an Outside Sales Representative to join their growing team!

Pay: $60,000 Base + Monthly commission

Responsibilities of Outside Sales Representative:

• Completing retail sales calls from leads provided
• Properly measuring and quoting flooring, kitchen and bath remodeling projects with help from designers and estimators
• Following a sales process to close sales by identifying needs and solutions for the clients
• Using the CRM system for tracking the sales process from start to finish
• Networking and building relationships with clients
• Conduct job site visits to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain contact with customers on quotes, materials and installation schedules
• Attend weekly sales team meetings for coaching, training and mentoring
• Achieve daily and weekly goals

Qualifications and Experience of Outside Sales Representative:

• Minimum of 3 years kitchen/bath design experience
• Remodeling estimation and take-off experience (preferred)
• Bachelors or Associates Degree (preferred)
• Experience using a CRM system for tracking sales activity
• Excellent verbal and communication
• Represent the company and brand with professionalism and integrity
