Are you a dynamic and motivated individual with a passion for sales? We are Murza Construction , a leading roofing company specializing in handling roof claims due to

hail or weather damage. We're expanding our team and looking for talented Sales

Representatives to join us!

Job Title: Roof Claims Sales Representative- Commission Pay

Responsibilities:

Prospect and generate leads for roof claims through various channels.

Conduct thorough inspections of roofs to assess damage and provide accurate

estimates.

Collaborate with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders to

facilitate smooth claim processes.

Present and sell roofing solutions to clients based on their needs.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Proven track record in sales, preferably in the roofing or related industry. ( not required)

Knowledge of roofing materials, construction, and insurance claim processes. ( not required)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
