Kinomatic is a leader in custom surgical planning for both knee and hip replacements. We partner with some of the best orthopedic surgeons in the country to deliver the most accurate pre-operative surgical planning currently on the market.

Our surgical planning service is the only platform designed specifically for orthopedic surgery that utilizes an interactive virtual reality interface. Our team of biomedical engineers work closely with our partner surgeons to create detailed 3D anatomical models, which are then used for in-depth surgical planning prior to surgery.

Account Manager/ Practice Liaison - Various Orthopedic Practices -

Requires Monthly Travel - 25 to 50%

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Account Manager/ Practice Liaison to work with various orthopedic practices as a primary contact to support both the practice and the individual patients utilizing the service. As an Account Manager/ Practice Liaison for Kinomatic you will be the patients primary point of contact for discussing Custom Surgical Planning. You will also be responsible for guiding patients through the process from start to finish. You will coordinate with both the orthopedic practices and the patients to ensure that the patient moves through the process efficiently and quickly. This position requires you to travel to various orthopedic clinics regularly. As an account manager you must develop a strong relationship with your various practices. When not traveling the other duties can be accomplished remotely.

Hospitality / Strong Customer Service Background are the most successful in this role

Key Responsibilities:

Maintains exemplary customer service skills with all patients, vendors, co-workers and all other clinic visitors

On-board a new orthopedic practice, educate the staff, and ensure all patients are educated on their surgical options

Explain benefits of Customized Surgery to prospective patients

Provide Pricing Information to Patients

Discuss Payment Options with Patient

Collect Deposits and Payments from Patients

Schedule patients for CT scans

Ensures all surgical plans are finalized by surgeons prior to surgery

Ensures all appropriate consent forms are completed, signed and scanned into the Salesforce Database

Maintain Professional appearance

Interact regularly with orthopedic practices to ensure proper care coordination for all Kinomatic Patients

Bachelors Degree Required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
