We are seeking a versatile individual to join our dynamic marketing team as a Marketing Assistant & Inside Sales Representative. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can seamlessly transition between supporting marketing initiatives and actively engaging in inside sales activities. The successful candidate will assist in various marketing tasks while also contributing to our sales efforts by identifying and nurturing leads, and ultimately driving revenue growth.

*Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Support:

- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.

- Create and manage content for digital marketing channels such as social media, email newsletters, and blogs.

- Coordinate with the design team to develop marketing materials including brochures, flyers, and presentations.

- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools and provide insights for optimization.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.

2. Inside Sales:

- Prospect and qualify leads through various channels including phone calls, emails, and social media outreach.

- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and preferences.

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition to potential customers.

- Work closely with the sales team to transition qualified leads and support the sales process.

- Track sales activities and maintain accurate records using CRM software.

3. Communication and Collaboration:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product development to align efforts and achieve objectives.

- Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries, provide product information, and offer solutions.

- Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies, share insights, and provide updates on progress.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

- Proven experience in marketing support roles and inside sales, preferably in a marketing agency or similar environment.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as social media management platforms, email marketing software, and analytics tools.

- Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue sales opportunities, with a track record of achieving sales targets.

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is preferred.

- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
