Location: Must be based around the Grapevine, TX area

Role Overview:

We are seeking a high-performing, sales-driven IT Staffing Sales Leader to spearhead our efforts in contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire solutions within the IT sector. This role demands a passion for technology, a knack for building lasting relationships, and a commitment to driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and expand our IT staffing services.

Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their staffing needs and deliver exceptional solutions.

Actively participate in networking activities and industry events for promoting our brand and staying abreast of market trends.

Ensure alignment with our Core Values in every business interaction and strategy.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in the staffing industry, preferably technology focused.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

A strong passion for sales, with a relentless drive to succeed and achieve sales targets.

Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Grapevine, TX area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
