```Job Overview:```
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a Marketing & Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in your assigned region. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in sales.

```Duties:```
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance, training, and support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture market share
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers

```Skills:```
- Proven experience in account management, technical sales, or technology sales
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software
- Strong ability to drive results through effective leadership and team management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure profitable contracts
- Business development mindset with the ability to identify new opportunities
- Knowledge of the market trends and competitive landscape in the industry
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus but not required
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $79,410.34 - $155,000.00 per year
