Roles and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate enthusiasm and eagerness to learn all store roles, including sales and customer service.
• Engage in existing effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Work towards personal and team goals.
• Execute daily retail operations to ensure smooth service and store functionality.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with your team and clients.

Requirements:

• Open work availability for retail hours.
• 1-2 years of retail sales experience required.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas highly desired.
• Tech-savvy preferred but not required.
• Strong engagement skills with a positive and competitive spirit is essential.
• Career-oriented and customer-focused attitude is mandatory.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

Training:

• New Hire Training is a 90-day period with guaranteed hourly base pay.
• Eligible for commission as soon as you demonstrate selling techniques.
• Plus, you can earn a $1,000 training bonus through participation in our training program.
