Honda Of Indian Trail is looking to add a high energy and experienced sales manager. Must be a team player, A player and have the ability to handle doing 250 + Car deals a month. We have an amazing culture and team. Everyone gets along we are very competitive and we have fun. We believe sales people are the heart and soul of the dealership and we never allow our managers to forget that we are sales people first. 13 Million dollar building being finished which will be second to none. Huge opportunity to come in and help take things to the next level. We have brought in a new GSM and Finance Director who came from major stores/markets and have intentions to make this the #1 Honda store in the state.

Responsibilities

• Build, train, lead, and assist the sales team in selling new and used vehicles. With the highest quality customer experience
• Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help enhance the sales process
• Build rapport with customers to establish customer network
• Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing opportunities.
• Help manage productivity of sales department
• Facilitate regular sales training for continued team growth

Qualifications

• Dealership management experience
• Desking and F&I experience
• Must be interested in training additional sales associates and work within a team environment
• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
• Clean driving record
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
• A positive attitude and professional appearance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $140,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

• CDK: 1 year (Preferred)
• Honda: 1 year (Preferred)
• Auto Sales Manager: 2 years (Required)
• Sales: 3 years (Required)
• Desking: 2 years (Required)
• Finance: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• North Carolina Notary (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Monroe, NC 28110 (Required)
