Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team. The Sales Director will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, driving business growth, and achieving sales targets. This is a key leadership role that requires strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.

Duties:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and build awareness and positioning of company brand for both inside sales and outside sales team
- Manage and lead the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market reach
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential risks and opportunities
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in sales

- Understand industry specific trends and landscapes

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a similar senior sales role (7 - 10 years)
- Strong background in market analysis, account management, business development, and leadership
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Willingness to travel as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
