Essential Functions:

High-volume recruiting of brokers and agencies

Engage your team of insurance agents

Effectively leading and coaching agents to meet or exceed sales goals

Assist in developing operating plans for sales, recruiting and training

Job Requirements:

Life and Health license

Medicare Supplement and Medicare Advantage sales experience

Recruit and maintain relationships with agencies and independent brokers

Strong written/verbal communication skills

College degree, preferred

This W2 employee position offers you the ability to create your own unlimited income potential in addition to a competitive compensation package including:

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
