As a Field-Based/Outside Sales Healthcare Marketer, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our healthcare services to prospective clients in the New York City area. Your primary focus will be on building and nurturing relationships with physicians, medical practices, hospitals, and other healthcare providers. Through your exceptional communication skills and in-depth knowledge of our services, you will effectively convey the value we bring to the healthcare community.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Identify potential clients and conduct market research to understand their needs and preferences.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare facilities.
• Present and promote our healthcare services through in-person meetings, seminars, and networking events.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral and materials.
• Attend relevant industry conferences and trade shows to showcase our services and expand the company's presence.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
• Gather feedback from clients and healthcare professionals to identify areas for improvement and service enhancement.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of our services and articulate the value proposition clearly and persuasively.

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in healthcare sales or related fields.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including trends and challenges.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Ability to travel within the NYC area regularly.
• Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical device sales is a plus.
