-Develop and implement business and marketing plans

-Prospect for potential clients to discuss their financial needs and concerns

-Obtain optional licenses to sell investments and other securities products dealing with wealth management and advanced planning

First Year Compensation: Average first year agent/advisor in this branch earns $76,000 to $100,000/year
Third Year Compensation: Average 3 year agent/advisor in this branch earns $185,000/year

Pay: $76,952.00 - $293,581.00 per year
