Responsibilities:

Employ strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport when assisting potential customers with their vehicle selection.
Uphold customer satisfaction standards throughout the sales negotiation process to honor dealership policies.
Present used and new cars through test drives, demonstrations, and dealership walk-throughs
Answer questions about new cars, used cars, vehicle performance, applications processes and consult the sales manager as needed.
Drive current and future auto sales by maintaining an accurate customer database

Qualifications:

Must have a valid state-issued drivers license and clean driving record
Preferred sales associate experience within an auto dealership setting
Exemplary interpersonal, negotiation, time management, and communication skills are essential for meeting customer's needs.
Possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent; bachelors degree is considered a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
