AUTOMOTIVE SALES / AUTO SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Forrester Lincoln has been providing award winning service to customers in Chambersburg, PA for over 55 years. We are a family-owned and operated dealership that is currently looking to add to our sales staff. Primary Job Description

• Sales Representatives spend time with customers to determine their automotive needs
• Sales Representatives commit to becoming an auto sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of Lincoln vehicles and technology
• Sales Representatives test drive vehicles to demonstrate industry leading features
• Present quotes and explain financing options
• Communicate with prospective customers via email, phone, text, chat
• Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads

Requirements

The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed. Our automotive sales representatives come from a variety of backgrounds and industries. You dont have to have automotive sales experience to be successful but you should have experience providing exceptional customer service and previous sales experience is a plus.

• Excellent appearance, communication, and presentation skills
• Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience
• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a people person")
• Bilingual not required, but would be a plus
• Steady work history and the commitment to starting a new career
• Basic MS Office knowledge and general computer skills
• Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through
• Valid U.S. Driver's license
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
