Job description:

The Customer Service position here at Genesis Diamonds offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing valuable support to our customers.

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients.

- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner

- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations

- Upsell products or services to customers when applicable

- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues

- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the database

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Skills:

- Excellent in person etiquette and communication skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
