Mend Services, a locally owned and operated HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing company, is now accepting applications for experienced, motivated, professional HVAC technicians who desire to focus on World Class customer service. Job Summary and Responsibilities

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to sell repairs, replacements and upgrade options
• Familiarity with Indoor Air Quality (IAQ)
• HVAC Technicians will manage new and existing residential and light commercial client interactions
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnosing skills of HVAC systems service, maintain, repair and replace heating and air conditioning equipment
• Wiring diagram reading skills
• HVAC Technicians participate in an on-call rotation
• Test HVAC systems to ensure safe and proper functionality
• Adhere to local, state and federal codes

Job Qualifications

• Minimum (3) years residential / light commercial HVAC work experience
• Texas Department of Licensing & regulation (TDLR) HVAC Technician Certification
• Current EPA type II certification
• Good driving record
• Current State of Texas drivers license
• Own standard HVAC hand tools State of Texas Contractors license (a plus)
• High School or equivalent education
• Secondary education in the HVAC industry (a plus)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
