We have an opening in our Lawrenceville, Georgia office for an Industrial Inside/Outside Sales Representative. This position has the potential to transition to a full-time outside sales role with base salary plus uncapped commissions after a successful training period in an inside sales role.

Training and Coaching will be provided.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of inside or outside industrial equipment sales experience. Compensation will be commensurate with previous work experience and education.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain customer relationships and sales at existing accounts.

Work with customers to understand their needs for equipment and systems.

Prepare quotations for customers. This includes the sizing and selection of the proper equipment and ensuring that your selections meet or exceed the customer's requirements.

Make occasional visits to customer plant sites during the training period, to assess the customers requirements for new equipment or repairs.

Requirements:

Must be a self-motivated individual and able to prioritize workloads to achieve positive results.

Must possess excellent problem solving and communication skills.

Competency with CRM, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

The successful applicant will be required to submit to a drug test and background check.

Must have a valid Georgia drivers license.
