Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Specialist at Sunder Energy, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve organizational goals. This includes identifying potential customers, building strong relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service and support. Our sales approach involves door-to-door interactions from Tuesday to Saturday.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet organizational goals
• Identify potential customers and build strong relationships
• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process
• Participate in door-to-door sales activities from Tuesday to Saturday
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall team culture
• Attend weekly training sessions led by top representatives in the industry
• Progress from a setter role to a closer role with the opportunity for leadership positions

Compensation:
This position is on a full commission basis, with additional weekly and monthly incentives. Setters start by setting appointments and earn a percentage of each deal, which typically ranges from $3,000 to $12,000. As you progress and showcase leadership qualities, there are opportunities to move into management positions.

Training and Development:

If you don't have prior sales experience, you will start as a setter and have the opportunity to advance to a closer role.
