Job Title

Kitchen Design, Sales, and Project Manager (Salary plus Commission)

Job Overview

Join our builder division as a Kitchen Design, Sales, and Project Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in our business. In this position, you will drive the entire process from design to successful project completion. Responsibilities

Kitchen Design

• Work with builders to provide a kitchen that meets their budget (some mid-tier and some over the top homes)
• Generate functional and visually appealing kitchen designs using industry-standard design software, 20/20
• Translate client ideas into design plans, considering functionality and style preferences.
• With design concepts and budget in mind, advise clients on material choices, including cabinets, countertops, and hardware.
• Manage the entire process from initial consultation to installation.

Sales

• Conduct builder and client consultations to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Present design proposals and articulate the value of our products and services.
• Prepare accurate project quotes, incorporating design details and cost breakdowns.
• Negotiate with clients to achieve a successful contract.
• Build and maintain strong builder relationships throughout the design and project management phases.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and excellent customer service.

Project Management

• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from conception to completion.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring on-time delivery.

Budget Oversight

• Create and manage project budgets and problem-solving when needed without compromising quality.

Project Oversight

• Oversee projects, conducting on-site measurements and progress visits to effectively manage design and company quality standards.
• Address any issues or challenges that may arise during the project phase.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in kitchen design, sales, and project management within a small business setting.
• 2 years of construction industry experience.
• Proficiency in design software, 20/20.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering designs within budget and timelines.
• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on time management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
