Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Producer to join our team. As an Insurance Producer, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining client relationships. Your primary goal will be to sell insurance policies to individuals and businesses, providing them with the coverage they need to protect their assets and mitigate risks. Duties: - Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals - Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options - Present and explain insurance policy options to clients, ensuring they understand the terms, conditions, and benefits - Customize insurance policies to meet clients' specific requirements - Negotiate policy terms and premiums with insurance carriers on behalf of clients - Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policies sold, and follow-up activities - Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the agency Requirements: - Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in the insurance industry - Strong sales skills with the ability to effectively communicate, persuade, and negotiate - Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships - Ability to analyze clients' needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions - Proficient in sales administration processes, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals - Familiarity with telemarketing techniques is a plus - Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse client needs - Knowledge of benefits administration and insurance sales regulations is advantageous - Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex information in a clear manner - Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and stay informed about industry trends Join our team as an Insurance Producer and enjoy a competitive salary along with a comprehensive benefits package. Pay: $57,281.00 - $67,668.00 per year
