What Youll Need

Well qualified candidates will be a career minded insurance agent who possess a strong focus on personal and professional growth. A self-starter with an extremely competitive spirit, winning mindset and a desire to learn. Those who exude leadership qualities, strong focus on service and ability to execute on and complete all tasks in front of them is required.

Candidates will also be required to:

• Hold an active P&C license
• 12 months experience as an insurance agent, sales producer or CSR is required
• History of meeting and exceeding objectives and production goals
• Demonstrate ability to deliver a positive experience for all clients
• Work well with others as a team
• Ability to work efficiently and independently
• Honest and accountable for ones actions
• Desire to start/grow a career
• Network and cultivate referral sources.
• Develop marketing strategies and promote all types of new insurance contracts or suggest additions/changes to existing ones
• Achieve customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives

This is an advanced career sales position. It is required that the candidate have a successful insurance sales background and be able to provide proof of your accomplishments. A history of meeting and exceeding production goals is a must.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
