Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for qualifying prospects, closing sales deals, unloading trucks, and loading customer products, forklift experience is required. Your goal will be to meet or exceed exceptional customer service and be an all-around helping hand.

Duties:
- Answer calls
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Provide accurate product information and pricing to customer

- Close deals with customers
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and track sales activities
- Stay up-to-date with pricing and trends

Qualifications:
- Fluent in English
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles
- Strong communication skills, both over the phone and in writing
- Ability to build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships
- Familiarity with technical sales
- Experience with inside sales is a plus
