Personal Lines Customer Service Representative Needed! 440 or 220 or 20-44 license is preferred. Independent Agency experience preferred.
We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and committed individual to join our team! Our Customer Service Representatives are responsible for taking care of our customers directly, helping our agents and performing office administrative duties. The "CSR" will act as a liaison to provide product/service information and resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy, understanding and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will:
- At least one year of Property & Casualty agency experience required
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, speak articulately and persuasively
- Administrative duties including; mail, data entry, office supplies, customer interaction
- Possess strong drive, ambition and goal orientation
- Database/CRM experience preferred
- Computer skills are necessary i.e. word & excel
- M-F from 9 am - 5:30 pm
- Long term goal to become an agent with the team
