Position Overview: Director of Sales

As the Director of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our sales strategy to achieve business objectives and revenue targets. You will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing sales team across all trades we perform, establishing strong customer relationships, and identifying opportunities for sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the residential HVAC & Plumbing industry, coupled with proven leadership skills and a track record of driving sales success.

The Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and company objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed performance goals and drive results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors, and industry stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, operations, and customer service.
  • Develop and maintain sales processes, metrics, and KPIs to track performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to leadership on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Director of Sales Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of sales experience in the residential HVAC & Plumbing industry, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve objectives.
  • Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in Service Titan and Microsoft Office suite.
