Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Manager to join our team. As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving business growth. This is a key role within our organization, requiring excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to analyze market trends.

Duties:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand existing accounts
- Manage a portfolio of clients, serving as their primary point of contact
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to review performance metrics, address concerns, and identify opportunities for growth
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and inform decision-making
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in client management

Experience:
- Proven experience in business development and account management
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong technical sales acumen, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to clients
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
