TITLE: HVAC TERRITORY MANAGER
STATUS: EXEMPT

Value Added HVAC Distributors (VAD) is a growing wholesale distributor, focused on sourcing, specifying, and distributing HVAC/R products and solutions across North America. Headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, currently has 20 branches throughout the Eastern United States.

VAD is currently seeking a HVAC Territory Manager for our North Carolina Growth Plan!

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement annual territory sales plans and strategies to protect, maintain, and grow business
  • Provide knowledge and consultation to potential and existing customers to develop integrated HVAC solutions
  • Conduct ongoing customer visits to build relationships
  • Proactively deal with contractual and technical issues
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Excellent attitude and commitment to superior customer service
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with HVAC products, or ability to learn
