American Health Marketplace is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the assigned department by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Responsible for distributing weekly reports to agents
• Correct, verify, and delete non-required data and combine data from several different sources
• Submit information into spreadsheets
• Ensures data entry is done in a timely manner and is error-free.
• Responds to inquiries regarding entered data.
• Contacts preparer of source documents to resolve questions, inconsistencies or missing data.
• Audits database for discrepancies.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Intermediate proficiency in EXCEL
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
• Business Administration: 3 years (Preferred)
• Data Entry: 1 year (required)
• Excel: 1 year (required)

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.00 per week
