Minuteman Car Wash is a fully automated, high-volume, fast-paced, and high-energy car wash. If youre looking for a company that offers opportunity based on performance and not seniority. This position is for someone who likes working outside in all types of weather.

Some shifts will require being able to work with minimal supervision and properly securing the building at the end of the shift.

No college degree is required.

Ideal candidates

Effective communicator, friendly, and upbeat personality. Methodical work habits that are customer-focused, enjoy working outside in all types of weather, energetic, self-motivated, professional appearance, and basic computer skills.

Authorized to work in the U.S.

Ability to pass Federal Background Check

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Assist thousands of customers who drive into our car wash every week in choice of service and sign them up for an Unlimited Monthly Subscription.

We offer established training programs and experienced mentors, and you will have the flexibility to innovate and the opportunity to advance based on your performance.

We are searching for a high-energy personality that thrives in a fast-paced environment to provide a welcoming atmosphere to our Unlimited Wash Pass Members and provide a memorable first impression to our new car wash guests. You will work with a team of highly trained, positive Associates to provide exceptional customer service in a fun, interactive atmosphere.

Our Customer Service Associates (CSAs) will promote the exceptional benefits and value of our Unlimited Memberships and process payments.

Who are we looking for?

A successful candidate would love working outdoors in all conditions and will not be afraid of getting dirty to get the job done! You must be extremely motivated, have an outgoing, friendly personality and excellent communication skills. We will provide extensive training on products and presentation methods, we only expect you will share our passion for washing cars, creating memorable moments and our obsession with excellent customer service!

Pay

Pay is $15 per hour plus uncapped commission on washes and memberships sold. Commission is earned through new sales and retaining customers month to month.
