We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Sales representative to join our team. As a Business Development associate , you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer base. This is a key role that requires excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a proven track record in sales and business development.

Duties:
- Identify and target new business opportunities to drive growth and increase revenue
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities
- Analyze sales data and metrics to develop strategies for improving performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to manage customer interactions and track sales progress
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology sales

Skills:
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze market data and identify trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build strong relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,944.90 - $58,944.40 per year
