Marketing & Sales Senior Care Business

Always Best Care, is a leading non medical home care provider in Denver and is looking for the right sales leaders to add to the team. This position has an uncapped commissions structure!

Always Best Care is an organization passionate about providing exceptional care to seniors at home and we have fun! Our team is caring and compassionate.

We are seeking a great business development person who enjoys building relationships with referrers and families from within their community. A person with outside business development experience.

Must completed screening questions for application to be reviewed.

What you will do:

Responsible for researching and developing client relationships and producing referrals; determining referral source and client needs; recommending appropriate services and additional community resources; and maintaining and nurturing existing referral accounts.

Achieve inquiry generation objectives for assigned locations with the primary goal of bringing in new business to increase overall market share. Target accounts include hospitals, physicians, home health agencies, assisted living communities, skilled nursing homes, senior centers, hospice, and other senior related referral sources.

Effectively present our marketing materials and services to referral providers in a variety of forums including one-to-one meetings and planning, arranging and conducting in-services and formal group presentations to referral providers

Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within the assigned service area including the use of software to maintain accurate records to maximize service area potential

Conduct new client assessments with successful close rate

Work with discharge planners, social workers and families in offering in-home care and referral placement services and conducting care assessments and securing home care and placement referral business

Cultivating long-term relationships with community and referral sources

Facilitating educational in-services with your referral sources to spotlight and grow multiple product categories

Presenting follow-up and patient reporting to existing referral sources

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
